City Ordinances

The City of Caldwell Code of Ordinances contains the local laws adopted by the City Council. The Code addresses a variety of municipal matters, including public health and safety, development, zoning, nuisances, utilities, and other City regulations.

About the Code

The City of Caldwell contracts with ECode360 to publish and maintain its Code of Ordinances. The Code is updated quarterly. Recently adopted ordinances are available through the New Laws section until they are incorporated into the Code.
